    Human Resources Manager (m/w/d)

    To support our global business and Senior Management Team headquartered in Kempen we seek you as Human Resources Manager (m/w/d).

    Your mission being the HR Manager (m/w/d) is building high performing and engaged teams to support our customers, as well as profitable and targeted growth strategies by establishing HR excellence.


    Your task:

    • Build a positive, empowered and accountable culture in partnership with the President and the business senior leadership team
    • Design and execute organizational development and culture change measures through performance management, training and coaching
    • Build Great Global Teams - Drive the improvement of team performance at assigned levels
    • Lead HR team and ensure execution of day to day and long-term Richter Human Resource activities and needs
    • Be the strategic partner to the President responsible for ensuring functional alignment with the business’ strategies and strategic initiatives
    • Collaborate with international HR teams in China and the USA to ensure strategy execution
    • Achieve excellence in the following areas: entire employment process, recruitment, employee and labor relations, organizational development, compensation & benefits, safety, compliance as well as employee retention and development


    Your profile:

    • Completed university studies in Business, Human Resources or a related field
    • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources Generalist roles including past leadership assignment(s)
    • Demonstrated successful track record of driving culture change in a fast-paced, ideally manufacturing environment
    • Demonstrated success in audit, acquisition or integration of HR processes
    • Organizational development and/or coaching experience is required
    • Dealing confidently with labor law issues
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
    • Empathy, hands-on mentality with a high-impact personality
    • Business fluent German and English skills

Success with the employees of tomorrow

In mid -2001, we established school partnerships with Liebfrauenschule Mülhausen in Grefrath and the Martin-Schule in Kempen. These partnerships are based on cooperation agreements, with clearly defined objectives and action.

This partnership allows students to better understand their career options; early contact with promising young students also aids Richter for recruiting apprentices and employees. Our numerous projects and campaigns under this agreement include frequent facility tours and application training courses.
