Richter centrifugal magnetic drive pumps are designed for applications in which corrosive, aggressive, toxic, pure or high-purity media need to be conveyed safely. As sealless magnetic drive pumps, they operate without a dynamic seal. The torque is transmitted without contact by the magnetic drive, while the can system seals the pumped medium from the atmosphere.
This makes magnetic drive pumps particularly suitable for processes where tightness, corrosion resistance and operational reliability are key requirements. With PFA or fluoropolymer linings, they are used where stainless steel, special metals or conventional polymers are not sufficiently corrosion-resistant.
Richter offers centrifugal magnetic drive pumps for different performance ranges and standards, from standard and medium performance ranges to heavy-duty designs for demanding chemical processes. Self-priming and vortex versions are also available, as well as chemical peripheral pumps with magnetic drive for special conveying tasks.
