Richter centrifugal mechanical seal pumps are designed for applications in which corrosive, pure, contaminated, solids-laden or gas-containing media need to be conveyed reliably. They are particularly suitable when a pump with a mechanical seal is the technically or economically appropriate solution.

The Richter SCK chemical process pump is a single-stage, plastic-lined, frame-mounted chemical process pump of heavy-duty design. It is designed for corrosive, pure and contaminated media in the chemical, pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries, as well as in metal processing, waste disposal and recycling. The SCK satisfies the requirements of DIN/ISO 5199 and is designed for demanding operating conditions. 

With PFA, PTFE, PE-UHMW and PFA antistatic linings, the SCK is suitable for applications where stainless steel, special metals or standard plastics are not sufficiently corrosion-resistant. Depending on the version and sealing concept, the pump can be adapted to the medium, solids content, gas content, operating data and safety requirements.
