Success with the employees of tomorrow

In mid -2001, we established school partnerships with Liebfrauenschule Mülhausen in Grefrath and the Martin-Schule in Kempen. These partnerships are based on cooperation agreements, with clearly defined objectives and action.

This partnership allows students to better understand their career options; early contact with promising young students also aids Richter for recruiting apprentices and employees. Our numerous projects and campaigns under this agreement include frequent facility tours and application training courses.
