We are happy to announce the closing of the merger between Aegis Flow Technologies, LLC and Richter Pumps and Valves Inc. on August 1, 2022. While we will continue to be able to receive customer’s and vendor’s documentation addressed to either legal entity, we are now rebranded as Richter Chemie-Technik GmbH. Most documentation including letterheads, quotes, order acknowledgements and others, have changed to Richter starting on August 2nd, 2022. This merger strengthens our product offering and widens our solutions portfolio of mission critical, highly corrosive, severe services and ultrapure applications. We are a leader in the market with full blown, in-house, design, manufacturing, assembly and testing capabilities of lined and high specialty alloy valves and pumps at our Geismar, Louisiana (USA), facility.
